Wow, this must be dissapointing. Good for you though for your stick to it attitude. I understand about hating mods, but maybe just think about some different ones. I believe in portion control. Even as a runner, I have to watch my portions if at my age 36 I'm going to be trim. I hate it, but it is a...

This is a great diet Darrell I believe for your situation. You can still enjoy food and eating but it gives you parameters. I am not a big fan of surgery because the few that I personally know that have had it, are gaining it back. I think that there is so much more with our relationship to food tha...

I'm glad that you are getting the basics down, but maybe it is time for a modification. Drinking lots of milk and juices as you know has lots of calories. Maybe limiting those, plus using portion control. Or perhaps just giving yourself one s day as I do, that really helps.

I was like you in thinking that this diet would be easy, I don't snack and eat emotionally etc. Well, boy was I wrong. Cutting out night eating is so hard, I realize I'm not hungry, it is just a destressing I think. I also realize I eat more than I thought I did. Hope this diet works for you.

The last 10lbs for me after having a baby is the hardest, but I'm doing it with no s instead of WW, because I'm tired of points etc. It is happening slowly for me but I'm at 128 and wanting to get to 123 is if possible. For me though to be around 125 which is my ww weight, I do have to do some mods like keeping my portions ...

A bad habit

I ran five miles so I can have an extra plate, snack or etc. I'm being naughty and need to get back on track. I know the no s diet are habits that I need to not fall into the weight problems that so much of my family has fallen into. I need structure and so I 'm here to start yet again with my goal ...
