Well, I've officially completed 21 days. For the record : 2 red , 6 yellow , and 13 green !!!! I was glad to end last night as a green day because we went out for dinner and that's always a little harder to do the one level one plate thing. But I did! I didn't eat any of the nachos and salsa they pu...

I'm for the hybrid approach. I think this will work well for me with building my No Scale Habit. The 1st 3 days of each month (beginning June 1st), will be yellow days. Any other days I step on the scale will be red . and when I don't, of course the square will be green All these new Habits I'm deve...

I joined 21 days ago today, and have had only 2 (minor) red squares on my Habitcal, so I'm very pleased with how I'm doing, feeling and eating. :D

The next 21 days I'll be focusing on No Scaling, and portion size.

Day 21!! Yippee!!

I could write several pages about this wonderful 21 day journey I've been on, but I don't have time. Suffice it to say, it has been the easiest, least stressful, plan I have ever tried. No weighing, measuring, counting, obsessing, planning over every bite I put into or want to put into my mouth. I'm...
