Ugh. This subject has been a little too crazy for me lately, but to handle the choc. craving, I have a glass of chocolate soy milk with meals, so I don't feel like I'm cheating that way. I also load my plates up pretty good, as I feel pretty hungry during my TOM.

I think they just were not fed- bodies in starvation mode can store fat as long as ther's a little bit of food coming in. No food, no fat and you get emaciation.
