Today is Day One of a Six week commitment. Today is my actual 6th day of attemting the plan, however, Yesterday I ate everything possible to eat, ....all day long.... which was not a good thing for me. So, I'm focusing again on the basic Structure of the Plan. Since I've had 2 days in a row where I...

I hate to burst your bubble, but it's probably not the not being an idiot on S days that did this. Your weight loss, which is worthy of congratulations, is probably more reflective of what you did last week and on your N days than the one S day. It could also reflect water weight loss or other thin...

These two diets are very similiar in that they both consist ...

Day 5, Saturday begins with S

Today is day 5, and Saturday begins with S. Yesterday I failed miserably with food. No identifiable meals, ate all day long, including sweets. My total calorie burn including exercise is 1400 per day. Yesterday I had 2046. Prior 3 days my calories averaged in the 1100s. In order to continue this pl...

Why do you want to drop any weight now, since you weigh so little? I think you will adjust, BrightAngel, if you give it a little more time. It sounds like you have been very structured (like I was for several years) and good about your meals and snacks, etc. If you could tell yourself and your next...

What to do in general if you get hungry after your last meal? Have a drink. Even a caloric one. Gastric Bypass 15 years ago

Hi. I had a gastric bypass 15 years ago. At that time I weighed 271 (I'm 5'0"). Before my bypass I had a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, and I had lost 100 lbs and regained it three separate times, plus smaller amounts many times. In my surgery, my stomach was cut apart, forming a small pouch, my intest...

For more than two years I've been maintaining a large weight loss. I lost my weight while using a computer software program and recording all my food.
