Hi Lovedby2, just catching up with your thread! Like tobiasmom, I like yoga but if you have backproblems be careful. Swimming is a good way to go if convenient for you!

A lot of good advice here. It's all about serene experimentation Sinnie :) Don't let it get you when something doesn't work. Just means it needs more experimenting.

Hi Sonya,

Just reading my way through the threads and saw some very thoughtful comments of yours! Way to go :) Thanks for the food for thoughts!

Also, delighted the no-sugar is going ok and probably ok to have some German chocolate from time to time :)

Re: Lovedby2

I appreciate No S because it has a way of revealing your problem areas beautifully. It is truly amazing how habits can dictate our direction, good or bad. Food for thought. Very interesting food for thought! It must be hard to struggle with Fibromyalgia. Hang in there. It's all about experimentation.

Lol Linda, your sister trying to starve you made me laugh so much. Things people do and come out with when a wedding is involved are quite incredible and hilarious after some time too. So, I'm back! After a honeymoon in Crete a bit heavier but even there with all the seconds, thirds, and forth, we h...

Oh I get the paper clutter! I cannot wait to get my room back! Currently it's full of wedding decorations. I can't wait to use the decorations and then, a day later, to keep one of each and donate the rest! Someone who cannot afford them should have them. Once I get my room back I'll also do the war...

Thank you so much everyone! You're the best community! It's two weeks now and I am more relaxed since the hen do (bachelorette party in the US I believe) as everyone got on so well. Now I'm just looking forward to it. My eating is a bit more disordered than pre-wedding planning but I'm ok with that....

Hi all, doing well but the wedding stress is taking over so I'm going to post a lot less here. I'll stick to the March challenge and will monitor my own check-in from time to time but otherwise, I'm off until May.

I know you can all do this and am still with you supporting you, albeit silently!

Jean, I miss TV commercials too! Especially to get a cup of tea. It's a brilliant idea to pick something up every time you go into a room.
