I expected today to be an S Day, but it ended up a Success.

I was able to sleep in, ate a breakfast sandwich and peach for breakfast.

I got busy, next thing I know the ribs were ready and it was 5:30 PM.

Exercise: six rounds on my heavy bag and a 20 minute dry sauna.

I obviously did not report back "this" evening. Losing about a half pound a week. I have been doing HIIT on the treadmill a couple of days a week and doing isometric workouts with a Bullworker.

Time to refocus. As Barry Schwartz suggests there are just too many choices out there, and I often jump from choice to choice.

Failure

I restarted neuroblockers today and that always ramps up my appetite until the dosage seems to "level" off. A bowl of Coco Crispies and two Poptarts is worth the two weeks I experimented not taking the Gabipenton. (sp)

Hi,

1) One plate per meal. A plate is not a platter.

2) I imagine the length of your meal depends on social setting. But it goes back to one plate.

3) I do not see why you would need to?

Still strength training. Some days I look slender, other days I look like pop n fresh.

I was going to do some kettlebell exercises today, until my wife caught me. I got the "sore back" lecture.

Today was a fail. Had a Twix down my pie hole before I realized I had unwrapped it. Five AM Soloflex workout. It is nice being able to resistance train and not get to sore.

What a week this is turning into.
