Welcome back. Remember to persevere with your N days. If you mess up and have a bite or two of a snack, fine, it's a red day, but stop yourself there (and don't binge becuase you figured you screwed it up, might as well have some more!) and get right back on wiht your plate at the next meal. Even wi...

Ugh. I had a nice reply and my 4 yr old came along and deleted it!! I've been nosing for 1.5 years and have lost (and kept off) 30lbs. I have another 30 to go. Ok, Question 1. I found that at first "my eyes were bigger than my stomach" meaning I wanted HUGE portions on my one plate. I'd eat it all a...

Maybe take the kids to a park so they can get a change of scenery. It's not supposed to rain today (finally!) it's been a wet May an...

Yesterday was a failure. Although technically it was the afternoon hungries kicking in- well it was supper time and since Jess plays ultimate frisbee on Thursday evenings, I have a hard time with thursdays. We end up eating very late and I'm always ravenous by that time. So I had 3 club crackers and...

She said she's stopped running or doing any cardio at all and lifts weights 5 times a week. Shes' dropped fat and ...

Glad I could be of help :) Wish I could do more for you! So glad to hear that the dr. p has been banished during the week. That's just a good idea to keep that temptor out of the house (is what I have to do with all sweets as well). Yes, I had PF in my Right foot a few years ago but stretching and m...

I poo-poo the BMI, some dude came up with it in the 1800's wasn't it? So people probably were that thin just because food wasn't available as it is today. Plus it was for a census anyway, not a health guide. There are some guys in the Navy I know who are very muscular- run, lift weights, not an ounc...

Sounds like you're already getting a handle on your meals. I love b'fast burritos. They're a great, warm start to the day, plenty of protein to get you going and keep you full till lunch. Good luck in your journey. 233 lbs was a stickler of anumber for me. I sat there at that weight for weeeeeks bef...

Congratulations!! I know exactly what 30 lbs feels like! I've lost really fast the first 3 months...and now I'm slowing WAYYY down - which is okay by me. I find the No S to be extremely simple and I haven't had much of a problem sticking to it. Now exercise on the other hand - I need a slap on my b...

Thanks guys! Really, with plenty of failures, even weeks at a time (had a rough January! well and February and half of March!) the weight just came off without me hardly noticing. I think I want a tattoo
What if I got a noS tattoo on my right hand, just on the top of my hand close to where the 'meat' of the thumb meets the wrist. A small S with a red circle/slash over it LOL. Seriously! Needles freak me out a little but it would definitely seal a commitment- I couldn't not see it every time I ate LOL

30.5 pounds!!! Woohoo!! With just sticking like glue to N days, not too crazy, but sometimes crazy S days and several weeks of falling off the wagon (but taking the no seconds with me, and most days, no sweets). If I can do it... anyone can! I started Dec. 15, '06. Now if I could step up the exercis...
