Skipping meals for medical reasons works great for losing weight, but I don't recommend it.

What's Yoga like? Is it hard to learn? Can I do it in the comfort of my own home?

I'm looking for some form of relatively low-impact sanity inducing exercise. If it cooperates well with RSI that's even better.

I found the first week was moderate, the second week was harder, I'm now on the third and my appetite seems to be decreasing.

Still only one plate's worth, though.

I prefer to think about eating better as the goal at the moment, with perhaps weight loss as a side effect.

You'd expect the people who make them to know how long to cook for, though.

I think it's pizza tonight. Will attempt omlette at the weekend when my new frying pan arrives. This diet is motivating me to try to improve my cooking.

It apparently only takes half an hour if you know what you're doing. If you screw up, it takes 90 minutes.

Hi!

I've been around here before back when this was a mailing list, but I always drift off.

I usually eat pretty badly, so I'm trying to combine no s with improving my diet - if I only get one plate it ought to be something nice. I thought I couldn't screw up mashed potatoes - I was wrong.

Day 1 survived.

Cooking exciting new food that a) takes 3 times as long as it should because you've never done it before b) turns out not to be very nice is possibly a mistake.

I'm joining the crowd having another go with No S, starting today.

Also decided to give up the booze (does reinhard have a system for this?)
