He started his blog in 2008 . It was nice to read this coming from someone involved in fitness, it is always in the back of my head not to work out on an empty stomach and how I must eat after a workout. There are studies that can validate whatever you want them to, but it's nice to see.

congratulations Nicest. my OB actually suggested eating only three good sizes meals a day to keep from gaining too much. Friday ended as a fail but at least not a binge. Not a great weekend eating wise but not a total disaster either. Today is a success...if I make it...even though it's 9:20 pm!!!! Having a hard time. I ended up not making the chicken alla king last night I was over tired.
Make canadian back sautéed with mushrooms, onions and peppers. I also made some bread in the bread machine and had some of that. It was a big plateful of food but hanging on for dear life here.

Tummy is bad today so eating a bland diet. Had a snack and not eating until dinner mostly rice and bananas so far will try a scrambled egg with toast tonight.
