10.27.2015 Success! 10.28.2016 Failure Unfortunately I devoured a Franz's powdered, raspberry, jelly filled doughnut at 3:30 AM this morning. There is always tomorrow. I have been working out with the Bullworker, and doing Wing Chun on a regular basis. Adio for now. Edit: I think I was at my all tim...

My grandpa was 85 when they rolled him in for aneurysm surgery. They were located on his aortic artery and down both arteries that lead to the kidneys. It was tough, but he lived another ten years. Success

School has settled in. I really ballooned since May. It seemed the more I walked, and used the Airdyne, the more weight I gained. I am back to working and using my Bullworker and I have started to whittle the weight off again.

Tomorrow.

Yes, to both questions. As you have probably read before, I get bored. And as good of a job as I think the Bullworker does, sometimes it is time to make a bit more effort. But, right now, I am exercising less, and feeling better. I did do a Charles Atlas Lesson One workout yesterday, and felt good a...

I think eating less, in general, was indicative of the Depression Era generation.

The big time competitors don't espouse overeating contest food as a lifestyle. I know they drink a lot of water. And now many of the "eaters" look very fit. Maybe it is the dunking the bun in water that gives me the willies. Something about the soggy thing. And for the record. I clock in at two hot...

Nathan's Hot Dogs

I just watched Nathan's Hot Dog eating contest. It always turns my stomach. But, like those horror movies Christopher Lee was in, you have to watch them.

I don't know how the competitors don't hurl, or load their drawers?

It might be a green day today. Thank you Nathan's.
