Definitely inspirational! I know what you mean about eating less... I'm just focusing on enjoying my meals, which is primarily not eating until I'm stuffed and having the structure of the rules for N Days.

I also love all of the other impacts NoS has had in your life! Keep up the great work!

Awesome job on your S Day and sometimes fail-worthy events are so needed! Sounds like you did great with letting yourself have the treat and not letting it spill into anything else - overall, I'd consider that a WIN! As for not committing to a diet - eh, I'd focus more on the NoS rules and less on t...

I hate when that happens - and it seems to happen as punishment for not being perfect. Oh well, it's done - mark it red and move on. Today is a new day, and all you have to do right now is make it to the next meal. When I'm about to break or when I have a fail, I like to read the longer-term check-i...

Here is how I do an S Event. On the first Tuesday of the month, our office has birthday cupcakes. I'll let myself eat one cupcake (my S Event). I record that day as Yellow - S Event. If I have seconds, sweets or snacks any other time during the day, I'll record it as a FAIL. The other thing to think...

I'm looking forward to reading, too. I'm still early enough on with NoS (this time) that I'm trying to track every day instead of negative tracking. With tracking, I've found that I do better with my failures and don't fall into the "what-the-hell effect" since I will report how I failed on here. Al...

My husband almost always gets dessert when we go out for dinner, but I just tell myself that a bite of it just isn't allowed and I'll have whatever I want tomorrow. I agree, once you get on a roll, it seems so easy, then you hit a bump and it gets hard again!
