Well, if you're that nuts about cashews (heh, I crack myself up), you could always throw them into a chicken stir-fry. Diced chicken, broccoli, cashews, carrots, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, grated ginger... Fry it up in some peanut oil, throw in some sesame seeds and soy sauce then serve it over...

Ray, you know, I agree with you that maybe we're a little caught up in the futziness of nutrition. Humans survived an awful long time simply by eating whatever didn't run fast enough. Breakfast and Saiety

As I move along NoSing, I've noticed my breakfasts becoming more and more substantial, and feeling less hunger between meals as the day goes on. Believe it or not, there's been a study about this: http://healthletter.tufts.edu/issues/2004-03/breakfast.html Now, I've always preferred a big breakfast ...

I started this No S thing because I was bored with low carb, but wanted some structure to my meals so I would not go back to any eating pattern that would cause me to gain back what I lost. I'm discouraged. I know I've been eating less than normal in the past few months of No-sing, but the scale just won't budge. Hi! Am I supposed to have my 2 drinks with meals? Could I have them by themselves, for example to wind up after work and have my meal after I finish them? How about as a nightcap before I go to sleep? Thanks! I have my one drink when I'm relaxing with the word processor considerably after dinner.
