Sure it's okay. It's probably not optimum nor ideal at any time (whether or not you're No-sing), but it's the way lives are now.

When I was working, I never had set meal times. The only one I could count on was breakfast because I ate it before I went to work.

I always make a smoothie for breakfast and it's usually more than 1 glass. I've tried to decrease the finished amount somewhat, but I drink it all. It's really my fruit for the day, so I don't worry about it too much.

And that's the rest of my advice....don't worry about it too much.

A single serving is maybe 150 calories (if you use artificial sweetener) or a little bit more with sugar, so it isn't so bad, plus you're getting soluble fiber, etc. etc. A teaspoon of sugar has 16 calories, so unless you're using a lot, it's not a problem.
