gina, it's hard to avoid stuff when it's in your face, but try to be extremely strict for the first few months. it will be much easier once you have reestablished some good habits here. not only that, i really feel that sugary/refined carb stuff is very easy to get "hooked" on, but when you really t...

The photos are indeed a great inspiration (and how cute! Lovely girl :)). Would LOVE to see a family photoshoot! As much as I adore NoS, I'm pretty skeptical about 14 minutes of anything. Sure, 14 minutes are better than doing nothing, but after seeing your pictures I just absolutely can't believe ...

Hi ksbrowne, I'm sure Reinhard will chime in soon, but as far as I know, he has been walking to work every day, (Urban Ranger) which I think averages about 2 and a half miles or so as I remember him saying a while ago, and he does 14 minutes of Shovelglove per day, but his sledgehammer is a whopping...

NoS Rocks, it will get better over time. Just recognising the feeling that you *don't* like over eating, is a huge step in awareness. Make sure not to beat yourself up. I think going overboard in the beginning is a common experience. You really have to give it time, for your body and your long term ...

Reduk74, best wishes for your surgery and recovery. I would think No S compliance is not as important as being kind to yourself, making sure you get every nutrient you need for tissue repair. Reinhard himself advises not worrying about No S when you are unwell, you do what you need to recover. I to...
