What I want to work on, though, is that when I have a red day, I just get back on track the next day... not next week, or next month, just the next day. Mark it and move on. I still seem to be having trouble with that (especially since my first round of No S was so easy). I'm with you on this one, ...

Remember, you can't fail on an S day, so no matter how wild yours were, they count!

I don't want a Daily Check-in as I want this "diet" to become second nature to me, and I find reporting on it daily to be somewhat counterproductive. But to each their own, I suppose. Thanks, Blithe! This is the one I made for today (I went biking with a friend, 50 miles). She likes bento, too, by the way, and we'll order some boxes together so we'll only have to pay for postage once. http://up.picr.de/7970288rzo.jpg Today, I made a bento in a different box. Perhaps you need to eat better food, and cultivate joy in eating. I don't eat any junk food, because I genuinely find the chemical flavor disgusting. But, oh boy! Hey guys, I have a food problem, and although it's not about "I can't stop eating and I'm way too fat" (No S is taking care of it, thank Reinhard), I was hoping you could give me some advice. This is so sad. "Americans have gotten so fat that many cities are having to build bigger ambulances. EMS Captain Jose A. Archila probably summarized the situation best when he said, “With a 300-pound patient, it’s not too bad, or even 400 pounds...but to be honest with you, with a 500-, 600-, 7...
