Vanilla No-S: Beautiful! No problems!

Urban Rangering: all over town!

Reading the No-S book: just a little piece immediately before bed, and immediately upon rising. It sticks well that way and is a great support.

Thanks, Blondie! I finally found a copy of Women's World! Good article, although I wish they hadn't put that stuff about the diet soda at the bottom. Not forbidden, but not recommended...maybe confusing for beginners? Anyway, I was please with the two-page spread. Between the book and the magazine, ...

Here I am back in Minnesota! Everything is going well. I don't have a computer here, but I am able to log on at the public library. Finally...a good use for my tax dollars! No S has been going really well, with only a couple of slip-ups. I have been sticking to Vanilla No-S, and not worrying about t...

My S-Day downfall is snacking. After two days of it, I find it really hard to get back to N-Days on Monday. It has helped in the past if I don't have an evening snack on Sunday; it kind of sets the stage for Monday morning. No sugar and no seconds is really easy for me, but no snacks....good grief!!...

Welcome to no-s! Posting is strictly optional; if it helps, do it, but if it feels like a straitjacket, the don't. No-S is all about freedom and self-determination! But the people here are very supportive and helpful, though.

Didn't do very well this week on No-S. No junk food, but some snacks here and there (more here than there!). I think the stress of arranging the move was really getting to me. But now everything is set and all I have to do is get on the plane, so I am relaxing a little. Repeating to myself my resolu...

One of the reasons No-S is livable is that it doesn't expect perfect eating, just "better" eating.

Tuesday:

Totally stressed this morning and blew it by breakfast (bagels before the oatmeal!). :(

Lunch was okay. Bottle of orange juice this afternoon. Dinner was pretty good, some virtual plating, but it was all non-fat veggie which isn't very filling.

Tomorrow will be better.
