I've been using a pretty un-junky Stevia based water enhancer. You can get them with added fiber too. This helps me drink a lot more water since the flavor is actually good, and the ones with added fiber help curb my appetite near mealtime if I can remember to drink them before. My go to thing when hungry is one of my mods, usually a banana and herbal or mint tea.
