I agree with KCCC.

If you are really keen to eat eggs, though, have you tried top quality ones? Organic eggs from free range, grain-fed hens taste very much better than battery eggs from hens fed on fish meal.

Certainly in the UK obesity is stigmatised, and increasingly so as the government pushes health issues.

Yes, I've been thinking about this recently too, and something that resonates with me is Reinhard's comment on page 20-21 of The No S diet book: ... simple excess, and not the lack of any particular dietary substance, is the most pressing nutritional problem today. The single healthiest thing most o...

As for the loose skin - I have been wondering about that - does anybody have any experience with major no-s weight loss actually resulting in less/no loose skin? I've lost a lot of weight on No S, but relatively slowly (compared to the crash diets I did when younger), and have not so far had proble...

A "sweet"... means "lots of sugar." If you have to wonder, it's probably OK.

At least you are building up some useful information, and tracking your habits honestly, which should help you to make the changes you want to make.

Most people find that the first three weeks is the hardest, so things should look up over time.

Very best wishes.

I hope that you have sweet dreams tonight.

I once dreamed that I was at a No S "reunion" - more of a convention, really, as we've never met, but in my dream it was a "reunion" - meeting people in real life who are so familiar online.

I'm sorry that you're having such a difficult time, Tiffani. You have been coping with very difficult circumstances, looking after young children single handed while worrying about your husband's safety.

I am sure that your husband will just be delighted to get home to you and the children.

I've been wondering about shoes, too. Walking boots are good in the countryside, but for city walking I need more cushioning.

Please could anyone advise? Would running shoes be appropriate for walking?
