Once you decrease your intake of sugar you will lost the cravings. It is very strange but for some reason that seems to have happened to a lot of us here.

Just eat real food (make sure you get some form of protein) at every meal and your body will say "Thank You"

40 minutes on the eliptical trainer and then 10 minutes of stretch.

Food is fine. I deviated from my normal yogurt fare and had eggs today. It is good to break out of the mold once in a while.

Day 5 of Moving was a success. 90 minute yoga class I walked to and from the yoga class. It ended up being about 40 minutes of walking in total. I am still tired from our new school schedule but I think that the exercise this week has helped me function better. Peace to all and have a great weekend....
