Thanx, whoson. By 'half', I mean half of what I used to do. In terms of the bodyweight routine, used to do 10 reps of each exercise. The 'half' means 5 instead of 10. Thus, it's the same series of exercises but half the volume. In other words, half morning-bodyweight-routine rather than half-morning...
