Buffalo Gal...my understanding from the book is that S-ick days are S days too. S stands for/means exempt, so I don't think you should count them as red days. Reinhard says to do/eat however you have to, to get through sick days.

Well...I did well on No S and No Scale yesterday and No Scale this morning. :) But more stress...last night my b-friend and I took a late night run to the on call vet and had to have his kids pet bunny put down. He was about 6yrs old...but we think he had an intestinal blockage, so there wasn't much...

day 42...

I am sad and feeling down today...cried myself to sleep and woke up crying this morning. :( I'm feeling overwhelmed and trying to keep things to the back of my mind, so that I don't dwell on them to much, but I'm not sure how effective a technique that is. And of course I didn't sleep well last nigh...

Something to think about at each meal and especially on S days.

Thanks Blue! :) Well, I have to mark a red square on my No Scale Habitcal this morning. I stepped on the scale at my b-friends, only to discover that I apparently have not lost an ounce! Shirls...it's not a form of self hypnosis...but it is a habit building plan and habits take hold and work from the subconscious, which is where hypnosis works. So I can see the idea/connection.

I speak of this with knowledge as my b-friend is a clinical hypnotherapist. :)
