Too funny! I'm so ready to put an end to this very long chapter in my life. I can't remember a time when I was not on a diet. How sad.

No S=No Scale

Having weighed myself for 40+ years, daily, & on some days multiple times..... Having subjected myself to weigh-ins at Weight Watchers, TOPS, etc.... Having decided that this piece of equipment RULES my state of mind..... I've added a new line to my HabitCal: NoScale. Today being Day 1, I'm taking t...

Enjoyed nibbling my way through the Godiva at work on Saturday-it was a memorable treat. Instead of plopping the entire piece in my mouth at once, I actually savored it!

Maybe, just maybe, I need to slow down and enjoy all my meals that way.

I think you are the BEST at picturing (for all of us) how wonderful eating the No S way can be. Your food is always so full of color and variety-I enjoy having to google to find out what these things are that you eat. They all look delicious.

loved the yogurt and fruit-I do blueberries, yogurt, walnuts, and musli in the mornings. Maybe I should start taking pictures of my food! Last night I had weird sushi type stuff with my 24 year old. It was wonderful.

Hey OrganicGal, I noticed that I've been getting hungrier lately and have added a bit of bulk to my meals. What is funny is that the first week I was so loading my plates that I couldn't even finish!
