Hi Lilybug and welcome back to NoS. Almost a year ago I was a very similar weight to you. I am now 28pounds lighter, and more importantly have gained so much freedom around food. I often quote this from the NoS book with regards to other diets: "Ask yourself if you can imagine staying on a particula...

Noted oolala. Interestingly, my mum and two aunts weigh 'heavy' for their size, and it would seem I take after them. I am now a UK size 12 but I am fairly sure that plenty of other women who weighed the same as me would be a larger dress size. One of those genetic things maybe? Good to hear you are ...

I am a teaching assistant so don't have all the extra stress and responsibilities that teachers carry, and I am shattered...

Some insights from today (good ones :)) 1) I took my boys to buy a snack on the way home from their self defence class this morning. Frozen veggies are definitely worth looking into! I am lucky enough to have a large fridge, but getting enough in to last a week is another matter. Thanks for the congrats, I feel very lucky to have found NoS. Today - success. I had a larger breakfast than usual, it was purely because all the 'usual...

This evening it was roasted peppers, onion, mushroom and courgette with a homemade chilli, yummy! I am going to try and remember oolala's suggestion that I could extend...

Hope you have a lovely time Merry, sounds super! I am UK based so not a special day for me, that's probably a good thing, I don't need any excuses  Thanks! Yeah, I wondered after I asked how many are US based--I love our international flavor on this board! It really was such a lovely day. I fe...
