I've pretty much stuck to No S, but haven't shrunk a single gram yet. Ugh! Oh well, I'm concentrating on habit and hoping that shrinkage will follow. Still having trouble with sweets which naturally leads to snacking. It's hard!

I think all of us are doing very well! We've had a few reds, but we're not giving up! That's life! Sometimes it just gets in the way. But, ALL of us have picked ourselves up and continued on.

I made this bread again today with a few modifications.

I substituted 1 1/2 cups flour with cracked rye.
I added 4 tbs. of a blend of red, black and white quinoa.
I threw 4 tbs of assorted seeds in the dough.

It was yummy and VERY filling!

Sorry to take so long to answer.

Elena, it doesn't say anywhere how many meals a day. Reinhard even states clearly that in the case of medical problems that 4-5 meals are allowed. Just no snacks or sweets. Most of the time sweets ARE a snack!
