Great to read the posts above about natural rather than enforced change on S days. I prefer to stick to three meals too. But I'm not rigid about it.

Reducing plate size for one or two meals may work. I am always hungry before I eat.

Octavia, we can over think and analyse stuff sometimes. How about really concentrating on the pleasure your sweet treats give you. I find that some of the things I thought of as a treat when I really stop to taste them that I actually I don't like them. This makes you more discerning about what you ...

Well done on your weight loss to date and on finding this to help support that loss and sort your relationship with food.

It sounds like you have come along way. :)

I really wouldn't worry about your Friday night treat. Long term if you are being moderate through the week and not going silly on the weekends it isn't going to cause any problems.

You need a plan that you can stick to for life. I'm sure you'll make this work

Had the best night ever on earth with hubby. Just went to a little hole in the wall bar where there was live music. That's our new summer hunt... finding new places with live music. Last year it was the search for the best burgers. Anyway this place was wild for us because it was all good old south...

I stick to three meals as much as possible. But will allow a snack if I'm hungry. I will have something sweet if I fancy it. I will have cheese after dinner if I fancy it. Basically I eat what I want but I don't binge or stuff myself. Most important thing is not to feel deprived. However if you are ...

Laying the foundation is really important in my opinion. You don't want to lose and not be able to maintain.

Keep at it I'm sure weight loss will follow :)

Day 22=✅ My plates are still full and not always the best choices. But I haven't binged, eaten snacks or had more than one plate in 3 weeks. And I've been doing shovelglove and urban ranger. I have less guilt and more peace, for doing these things. It can only get better from here. Chris It's a j...

I don’t use the habitcal, but I saw on here somewhere someone who uses paper lips, to make a paperclip string. Red, green and blue for s days. I am so going to try that! Or maybe we could try beads and make a bead string. These are just ideas for the more concrete, less virtual people like me out...

Ohhh ... how happy I am, Soprano! :) I have failed miserably in not weighing myself, but we are only on the third day of the month, so I am still in time to achieve it. Tomorrow I will try not to step on the scale. Hey if I can do it so can you. I have one more day then it's a week. It's killing me...

Hi Stormpen - are you trying to lose weight by restricting your meals, and stopping bingeing at the same time? This is one thing that makes not bingeing much harder. Having 3 large meals a day and not concerning myself about my short term weight made it a lot easier at first. This helped break the ...

I like your attitude to being a vegan

Good luck
