OMG it is WEDNESDAY!! This week is whipping by. I can see that I am not having as much of a problem with food as I am with exercise. I am charting myself at 15 minutes which is nothing, but I want it to be 15 minutes of serious workout...I think I will have to worry about that next week and be happy...

I did it! ! :) I didn't use my sore throat as an excuse to graze on goodies the entire day! You are so right, this second batch is better than the first! I am going to try the corning ware with my next batch..I can't find my broiler pan--never use it--and have been putting water into a lasagna pan instead. I looked at your bread again..beautiful!
