I have, but currently am using ground flaxseed (keeping it in the fridge). The container doesn't last too long as I divide it and take half to work (my boss eats it on her cottage cheese every day). If I didn't use it a lot, I would grind it fresh.

The biscuits and gravy were greeeaaatttttt.. (They make excellent frozen biscuits that you just put in the oven for twenty minutes or so, that way if you only want two or three, no need to make a whole batch. Not sure if you could get them or not where you are). They are better than my homemade ones...
