And I meant to add (I keep pressing the submit button too darn quickly) that yes...do hang in there, keep exercising and continue to live your life. No S is meant to be about finding a way of moderate eating and exercise that can be manageable within your own personal lifestyle. That's the point rea...

You have a husband who is a dr. and takes you to Napa. You are so lucky! =)
As a single (but happy) mum juggling this fortnight's impossible budget, that made me laugh out loud. :D

All diets, including No S, require limits and controls of food.
In a perfect world, I could eat whatever I want, whenever I want to
and my body would adapt to a reasonable size.
But this is not a perfect world
Too true, BA. I hear ya, girl...

Free of unconctrolled snacking, I mean (don't want to blow my good record on NoS because I start tweaking). I just don't want to emotionally overeat again on an S day - or to eat way too much just because I can... Also, I'd like to record 5 days a week of exercise in July. I have my 3-4 days walking...

I agree with Irish. For me, the point of NoS has been that it allows me to enjoy my food without counting calories, etc. Just watching my portions by sticking to the one plate rule. I too occasionally have excessive S days, but I'm still losing weight. The point, I think, is not to worry so much abo...

Now I find that my tea drinking has reduced without me thinking about it (which means my caffeine intake has gone down). And, I've stopped having milky decafs in the morning before I leave for work - that wasn't del...

Affects of Stress or lack of sleep

Does anyone else really feel the affects on their weight of being stressed out or of not getting enough sleep? When my life is like that, then my weight loss is slow or I even gain weight (despite watching what I'm eating)...I'm pretty sure it's not my imagination (nor sneaky snacking! LOL)...
