I have found that the less weight you have to lose, the slower it comes off. You are close to your goal weight, so 3 pounds lost is amazing. Best of luck, love reading your meals.

Yeah I did the juice fast for a few days, but it was difficult to stick to. I think maybe I need to start measuring/weighing my food again. Like I did when on weight watchers. Thank you so much. I didn't know it would hurt this much. I still go to the back door to let him in, but he's not there. Right now, I feel like I will never go on a walk again. I might have to find other exercise to do.
