Thought those were interesting insights ... I think I too have also wondered if I would "tire" of No S and/or would ultima...

Tiredness, fatigue, not get enough sleep has almost always triggered overeating in me! The truth is on NO S I really try to get enough sleep and those nights i "just want to eat" i just go to bed and even if I can't sleep i just let myself relax and "calm down" ... sometimes on weekends ... uhhhhhhh...

wosnes, love the "10 secets of effortlessly thin" ... i gained weight when I went to high school in 10th grade, albeit my eating habits were atrocious from the time I was 4 1/2 but it didn't "catch up" with me until i stopped taking the long walk every week day to my junior high school, you know in ...

well Kathleen, i suspect if you are like me and you believe that nothing else will work for you and you beleive this will ... if you keep those N days green by limiting food intake on those days to three one plate/bowl meals .... and you just keep doing that ... no matter what ... it will work for y...

Katie, welcome back! Yes get the book, totally worth it. I keep track of my blood sugars and have watched them steadily go up over the years [fasting 70s and low 80s into 90s], but finally with nosing they are starting to come back down again. [note: i do prefer to keep my fasting levels at 85 or be...

Blueskighs observed that people tend to drop out because of disappointment at slow weight loss, and so I decided to go down to one S Day on the weekend (Sunday) when I didn't make this week's goal of one pound loss on average since the start of the diet. Kathleen, did just want to clarify that my p...
