These are excellent plans, Pink and Linda - it’s funny how many of us seem to be on the same page in this regard, just wanting to feed ourselves plentifully and properly without always trying to cut down. Three good, satisfying plates. Wow, your life sounds very busy right now, pinkie. Amazing how y...

Thanks, Pink! I haven’t checked in for a few days because there’s not been much to report. I’m gently being aware of my good No S habits and doing my best not to disturb them. Re: Octavia is finally checking in!

Thanks, Soprano! These last two days, I’ve actually had more trouble with the hunger. Not in the sense of accepting it, but in the sense of feeling icky. A little light headed, anxious/irritable, and with a few tiny flashes of queasiness. I wonder why it’s suddenly gone like this? Probably unbalance...

Hurrah, the scale has moved down a little more, to 10 stone 11 3/4. That’s actually two pounds down from 3 weeks ago - a miracle! (Apologies if it is triggering for anyone to read others’ weight/weight loss. I want to record it here as I think it will help me stay on track). Somehow I was expecting ...

This is scary and exciting, auto. Might the company give you a bit of support in doing your videos in the style they want? They obviously like your work.
