That is great news. I am glad No S is having positive effects on your brain. I do not even obsess about what sweets I'm eating on S days, I just let them come my way and if I feel they are worthy I will have as much as I find enjoyable, which isn't as much as it used to be.

I have purchased Truvia from the supermarket before and I very much enjoyed it in hot drinks. I never use artificial sweeteners. I love that Stevia is natural and from a plant. It's super sweet so you only need a very small amount.

We drink seltzer at home. Usually with juice or a juice extract. You may feel better flavoring it yourself as you will know what you are adding. I used to hate the taste, but now I have it whenever I want a soda. It's better for you just about as satisfying.

I got Wii and Wii Fit for Christmas. I have several different Wii workout programs and they are awesome. It's fun and there's not excuses about the weather. Plus, it costs less than a gym and you can do running and walking programs, as well as tons of different exercises. Happy to see you are back!

I am having the same problem. I wait as late as I can on Friday night. S days this winter seem to be Friday night to Sunday afternoon. Not really ideal, but I am not going to beat myself up about it. I am exercising every day and I have only minimal amounts of sweets when I have them.

I just went to their website, which is pretty cool and very inviting. Eating a bar in between meals does not fit into the No S plan. I would eat them on the weekends, or at mealtime with my meal. Although these seem by far a healthier alternative to other bars... just look at the selection of flavor...
