thursday - green !! more generous meals than usually, lately... im hungry, probably because eating more carbs... but having green days is important because it still feels im recovering from the holidays, habit wise... lets see if i can have 21 days again... becaue then the 3 weeks trip to italy agai...

bicycling in the evening to town, it was nice, my best friend is pretty fast and good on the uphills so it was a nice exercise... we went to sing karaoke with friends... that was so much fun...

thicker soups, like stews, i eat with a slice or two of bread... unless there is pasta/noodles in them... and a light salad on the side (as with almost every meal)... soups like broths as well as tomato soup i eat as entrée with a bit of noodles... i eat rarely broth as entrée unless im back in croa...
