Re: Don't like s days

I love my no s days, I feel so much in control, but when s days come, I feel like I'm on a diet. "Should I eat this? Should I eat that? I'll have to wait a whole week before I can eat this again, so I'd better eat it now. Or should I?" This is my third s weekend, I'm doing a little better than my f...

No, that is part of my problem to, I know :? A good eating plan alone, does not work for me! Not to make excuses but I am in my store 6 days a week from approx. 9am to 6pm. In the morning before I go into the store I am usually running errands, that I can't get done otherwise. Being a new store I c...

Re: 2 weeks done

Hello there. I am not sure about how to answer your question, there are those on this board who will probably do a much better job that I can. I eat on salad plates. I bought a few of them at Wal-Mart they run 1.00-1.25 each. Hope this helps. God BLess.

So far the only influence has been on my husband, while twisting his arm and "encouraging" him to try this plan :D ' I imagine that once the weight loss is noticable people will want to know what the plan is and then since I own a bookstore (Christian) I can order the book for them, which is what I ...

I have been buying WW for a few years now looking for the perfect diet. I have not found any, my husband would always ask me why I buy them, and then throw them away, I told him part of the truth, that I enjoyed the articles, but not the REAL truth, that I was looking for the perfect diet, well the ...

I hears somewhere it will go away and then kind of come back intermittently until you address. I think this is really true for me for real physical hunger....

I have a very dear friend who comes by my business when she is having a rough day, two of her daughters committed suicide 20 years apart, I welcome her company, the only "problem" is that every time she walks in the door, she is carrying a little white bag from the Peach Tree Bakery, I find I can pu...
