I select the text I want to be a color, but then in my posts it shows up with the brackets and such but the word is not color like everyone else's!

Here, I'll try again. I'm going for the green! I highlight the word, go up and select font color and this is what it does!

I always wondered why I feel awful after eating fast food...

http://www.naturalnews.com/022194.html

This goes over the hidden ingredients in McD's and other restaurants' additives to something as innocent as a SALAD.

It's no wonder I feel like crap after I eat there!

Today was tough, and I can tell, too much eating out, probably some MSG or some other chemicals in the foods which make me insanely hungry still even after eating, BUT stuck to my 3 meals a day and no snacks and no seconds. Lunch was mcd's chicken club sandwich, no mayo (gross!! who likes that stuff...

Dinner was spaghetti/meatballs and homemade bread (def. od'd on that, need to watch it!) but I ate a few bites of it around 5:39 and then spent the n...

Snacking. It gives me something to do when I'm bored, comfort when I'm lonely or anxious.

Sweets- I cannot keep cookies or ice cream in the house. I feel bad for my kids that they don't have any sweets for each day, but otheriwse I eat it too!

Rice Milk

I really like the Rice Dream rice milk. Has no added sugars but tastes delicious. I like to have a glass of milk with meals. My usual 'milk' of choice is chocolate soy milk, very tasty, but has plenty of added cane juice and it's chocolate, so technically an S.
