Life sometimes interferes with your best intentions. It does not sound like a failure of epic proportions. Overall, it sounds like you are doing really well. 03/02/11: FAILURE. It's pretty disappointing that I had a failure so close to the 21 day mark, but it felt worth it at the time -- in retrospe...

I noticed you thought you were cheating by having plain yoghurt (yogurt) and fruit after your evening meal... would that little serving fit on your plate (in a small bowl, for convenience)? wosnes, I agree with you (and others). The only food I will not eat is hydrogenated oil. I limit highly refined carbs, but I'm not a complete purist about them. Re: Chugging along

It sounds like you have a plan you can live with, that you have a baseline, and that's a great thing. Once you have a plan, you can make adjustments if it is not working for you, but you can't make adjustments to something you can't measure. So keep up the good work! I currently average about 2 succ...

Re: Fear of not eating healthy enough

There is nothing about No-S that precludes you from making healthy food choices for your meals. One thing that is getting in my way of making a commitment to following no s is a fear that I won't eat healthy enough (to prevent heart disease, colon cancer, etc.). Yet, I really don't eat all that well...

I wouldn't try too hard on an S day.
