I don't think you should purposely compensate for weekends. That sounds like a recipe for disaster. Was this a NoS article?

Trust your body to naturally compensate if it needs to but yeah don't overthink it. You're doing great so no need to mess with it.

Definitely a good feeling eschano! Today was a good day. The girls went swimming with their sleepover friends this morning (spring break) and we were all so exhausted when they finally left at noon that we sat around and watched movies for the rest of the day.
