I blew it today!

I really blew No S today! I got a red mark last Friday, but it was a very small slip, and I managed to not keep eating after it happened, so I figured it was a learning experience. But today I was out of good lunch options, so I had a weird lunch. Then was really hungry on the way home from work, a...

The first thing I thought of when reading your post, Steve, was "you're weird!" LOL! What I learned from all your calculations was....eat one plate of food. Three times daily. Don't stack the food too high or you might as well be eating off a square plate. ROFL! What a fun post...thanks for the fig...

Re: So, what if you try a food you don't like?

That's what I would do. Sometimes it's not even being adventurous -- sometimes a tried and true dish turns out awful. The point of No-S isn't to limit your eating experiences, to not be adventurous. Don't overthink it. I have to agree with Wosnes. Be gentle with ourselves, and don't quench our adve...

Re: Despair! End of first week with 2.5lb gain!

I just completed my first full week with No S. All of my N days were a success, but I just stepped on the scale and I gained 2.5lbs. Has this happened to anyone else? I know that I should not focus on the number on the scale, but I feel that I must measure my progress somehow (which is why I decide...

Do you use the HabitCal feature?

Is anyone using the habitcal feature? I just started tracking my No S Compliance this week, and not wanting to put a red mark on for today helped me dodge some bad choices at work today. Then I got home, and mindlessly noshed a few nibbles....then realized I failed! Red mark! Then had seconds at di...
