Hope your trip to see your parents was fun! I love hearing of your RV tales. I'm halfway convinced that's what my hubby and I should do. :-)

Pinkie - Challenger has been like this with both my husband and me since he was about 7 years old - it was quite unusual of him. On a good day, I say he was "precocious". Alene - my FBG has good days and bad days. Honestly, I haven't even been checking it this week so who knows where it's bee...

"S"-ing out - that should be a tried and true phrase on our threads. :-)
But I totally get that....the times I feel the most physically unwell correspond to the times that I feel the need to indulge more. I'm pretty sure it's a mood-lifting-seeking behavior for myself.

This was delightful! And so spot-on with discussion on our forum threads: we often complain of our "inner rebel" and our "inner perfectionist" - they sure sound a lot like Demogorgon and Asmodeus! Also your comment about how they feed off each other - we often notice that when our inner perfectionis...

Terribly, Pinkie! This experiment was a giant fail! My morning blood glucoses have never been so high! What ended up happening is that I had to wait to eat all morning, which made me ravenous. I know that my "coffee w/milk or cream or whatever" might not look like a ton in the morning, but it is def...

Hi Soprano - yes, I've studied and use apple cider vinegar, although not always consistently. It does lower my blood sugar by a few points - nothing super notable though so I tend to stop remembering to take it. On the other hand, I use it generously on my salads and I love it. Soprano, yes the change is happening but SOOOOOOO slowly. Molasses slow. Hi Soprano! This experiment is actually kind of growing on me. There's something about thinking to myself, "hmmm, I have plenty of energy for my body right now so I don't need to eat anything extra".
