I'm 5'8 160...I don't think I've ever weighed less than 150 as an adult, except for when I was anorexic and weighed 118. That took only eating 500 calories a day and daily 3 hour workouts, so it definitely is not natural for me to be small. All those bad habits are gone, though...but I do go through...
