Sun Tanning
I have seen discussions regarding sun exposure and increased weight loss. Just can't remember where? Ahyone else, hear of or read about the relation? I know sun tanning increases vitamin D, and decreases depression. Although it is often accused of melonoma, peple who live in tropics get less colon c...

Gettin' Ripped...
Being a Spec. Ed. teacher, and having had all of my kids matriculate through at least one of the schools I have been at, my daughter got a Face Book message from one of her classmates from summer school who told her her "dad was ripped". I guess sometimes there is a payoff.

When I was a kid my parents never brought soda home. We drank milk and water (and Kool Aide I guess), but never soda. We did sneak dad's Kahlua. (I sswear this was anew bottle?) But enough of that. Failure today. Breakfast was good.
Lunch not so, had a doughnut and a Coke. (Why you ask? It was there...)
Dinner should be better, salt pork on white beans, salad, and club soda.
So, I will redeem myself tonight.
Excerise, have a SuperSlow sesssion planned. Then a sauna.

Isn't it a psychological thing? You reach into a bag of chips, or a bag of BK and eat. Put it on a plate, look at it, study it, and become repulsed. I have started "Superhydrating" as suggested by Ellington Darden in "Living Longer Stronger". Drinking up to a gallon a day, the majority before 5 PM. Ice cold, the theory is it lowers the body temp, and you burn calories to get your temp up to 96.7 degrees.
