NYC is a great place to visit! I've only been there twice though. Once you get about 2 hours away from the city it's like a different world. I live in a town of about 1,000 people...no stop lights...no gas station. We live upwind from two dairy farms & have deer & coyotes in the hills near the house...

Another GREEN to add to the pile. I'm still determined to make February all green & yellow...and I'm just about halfway there....January ended great, but man, I struggled in the beginning! This controlled eating stuff feels better than any binge ever did!

Hi Anne.... I absolutely agree with TexArk...we are SO much harder on ourselves than others. If you were talking with a friend you'd remind her that she had eleven green days in a row! Eleven!
