Even after years of doing NOS my S days never really resolved themselves on their own. I do much better with keeping some structure on S days. Glad things are going so well. Wish I could say the same. I think you’re smart not to tweak too much. I used to put a piece of fruit on my plate with my other food just to make sure it all fit in one plate. Then I’d take it off and eat it directly afterwards.

I think your snack idea is good. I dont know why but switching to 4 plates has really had a calming effect in me and made it easier to eat a smaller amount each meal. I use two small plates and two tiny plates (6”) and it’s been working nicely.

Yes it’s not a quick fix. Sometimes it takes awhile for the scales to catch up to us. I get frustrated with the scales too but what’s the alternative right? Now that i stopped IF, my brain has been quieted again. It’s so nice!

I think its important to experiment with food and see what works best. I do best with basically everything in moderation. I dont eat meat but do eat fish and everything else is fair game. Do what feels good. No explanations needed.

Congratulations on the internship!

My shih tzu has a really hard time with fireworks and other loud noises. I think they’ve got very sensitive ears. We give her meds on the 4th, NYE etc and it helps tremendously. So far the puppy seems fine with it though—yay!!

Hi lark, I use unsweetened cocoa powder, monk fruit sweetener , and a little almond milk. I can’t have caffeine so use Pero which is a dried coffee substitute. So all of it is fake but it’s so good! 😊
