I was advised to drink a little milk or juice at night if you're hungry so your stomach doesn't rumble and keep you awake. It worked for me. You might want to try it too.

The thing I like best about No-S is the flexibility and the feeling of not having to obsess about every little thing you put into your mouth. I'd call it a special "S" day, especially since it's only once a month.......and ENJOY!!

I know that eating at night is going to be my biggest hurdle. Another option is to split an entree with your spouse or a friend. It saves you both money and you don't have to worry about leftovers. Just be sure to take someone along who has the same taste in food, then order one meal and an extra plate! :wink:
