2/7 - Success! And that is officially seven days back on the No S Diet! 8) Based on my negative calories this week (times I wanted to eat but didn't), snacks were definitely my main problem. Some mornings I have peanut butter on two GG Bran Crispbreads. The crispbreads are almost pure fiber, so they are filling, and I like the crunch.

Once I found out how few calories exercise burns off, I have had no problem separately how much I eat from how much I exercise.

Calories are the opposite of money (money is hard to accumulate and easy to burn).

My pants didn't fall down, but I am wearing my former size jeans today!! My journey over the past year was tight 14, fitting 14, loose 14, and today I am wearing somewhat tight 12.
