Thanks for reminding me that fuller plates are a legit option on hungry days! I often throw in the towel and reach for a snack instead of just adding something satisfying to my next meal plate. Very good strategy to keep our days green.

I found that lots of hot drinks (variety of teas and chai with a splash of milk and some sugar, if necessary) and keeping busy is a very effective remedy for evening snacking. I also have troubles sticking to NoS principles post dinner.

I would say that all you are going to eat at a meal should fit on one physical plate. My experience shows that strictness in this regard brings faster results, and is especially important in the habit-forming phase. Virtual plating which Bluebell mentions is an option, but in my opinion a risky one....
