That's a good rule with the extra veg/salad. It's hard to think it's a fail if we grab some extra lettuce or greens. I also do the same as you with soup :D Good work with the one slice of pizza and resisting the extra goodies. It's always a good feeling after (not always at the time). Hope the scale...
