Shovel
Stoke the oven

Hindu squats

Churn butter
Flip the lever

Dead lifts (no good name so far)

Tuck bales
Scratch back

Leg lifts (rest SG along the side of leg, with weight on top/side of foot). Lift leg to side.

Chop wood
Fell tree

Lunges.

Repeat cycle. (10 reps each side for each movement).

I usually make it almost all the way through two cycles. Sometimes do my favorite moves first during the second cycle.
