Kenpo Dave's Sledgehammer workout

My 1st move does invlolve hitting a tire, but the rest are moves from shovelglove that I tweeked the name of a little bit.

Do each move one after the other with no rest inbetween and do 2 to 5 cycles depending on your fitness level.

Warm up:

Roll out your joint working up from your ankles up your neck .
Holding the SH in front of you with palms down, twist at the waist 10 times. Start slow until your warm switching the hand the hammer end is in after 5.

Workout:

10 overhead swings right side
10 overhead swings left side
10 shovels right side
10 shovels left side
10 choppers (like chopping a tree) right side
10 choppers left side
10 churners right hand on top
10 churners left hand on top
10 flip ups (used to be the move with no name)right hand
10 flip ups left hand

Pick up the tire, press it over your head ( behind youe back) and do 10 tricep extentions.
