back in the 130's

(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

back in the 130's

Post by jellybeans01 » Fri May 04, 2012 3:16 am

well 139.0 and that is wonderful. I left the hospital with my precious baby at the end of November and weighed 164 the same after having her than I did going into the hospital. I did no s with hunger fullness and got to 150, then had to go more strictly with just no s. No crazy weekends, I follow the plan but allow for sweets when I really really want them. I still have a little over 10lbs to go, but I did no s after baby #3 and got down to 128 so I know I can do it. So this is my plan for the most part
I never like breakfast so I have creamy coffee
I eat lunch
Dinner and a coveted treat if It is something I just have to have.
I follow the plan on weekends pretty close
If I mess up I don't binge anymore I stop at that and move on. Food will not fill that hole, and a binge just makes you feel so crappy.
my workout is keeping up with 4 kids 5 and under!

Awesome! Thanks for sharing - and I love where you say food will not fill that hole - so true.

Very impressive! Even more so considering your "workout routine!"

Congratulations!

Very impressive! 4 kids under 5 AND the No-S part!
I like how you found what works for you.
No S has the basic outline and core FANTASTIC principles most people can follow to a tee. But it's nice when we can adapt it to our own lifestyle.
Great work!

Way to go!
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

Wow, great job! I have two kids under 5, and I can't imagine having 4! You definately do have quite the workout routine :) .
Back after a long hiatus.
